INFINITY/HARMONY – Accommodates: 16-18 Guests
These regal identical villas, Infinity and Harmony, each boast 14,000 luxurious square feet. Both offer 5 exquisite suites, 1 rooftop loft suite, 2 guest rooms with two twin beds, a total of 8.5 baths, and 2 pools with hot tubs. Fine finishes of marble, granite and exotic hardwoods with sea grass and banana leaf accents flourish throughout the oversized suites. The master suites showcase a large air-conditioned walk-in dressing room, infinity-edged bathtubs, and a bathroom lounge area with daybed. The furnishings and interior design successfully blend distinctive Caribbean charm with contemporary sophistication. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, screened doors and most have plasma TV’s and DVD players. Enjoy modern comforts such as convenient office niche with private fax line, outdoor shower, a compact gym, iPod dock, sprawling media-entertainment room with a 60” plasma TV, WiFi, wet bar, poker table, card and board games and magnificent Bose stereo sound- both indoors and poolside. Enjoy indoor or alfresco dining and the dazzling ocean views to nearby St. Martin from one of several travertine decks or terraces.
MYSTIQUE – Accommodates 10-12 Guests
Reputed to be the island’s largest villa at 21,000 square feet, Villa Mystique sits above the Cove Lagoon and is home to 4 Grand Villa Suites, 1 rooftop loft suite with a private sun terrace, 9 bathrooms, 3 pools, and a large state-of-the-art gym. Each lavish master suite has an air-conditioned walk-in dressing room, double European-style jet showers, infinity-edge bathtub encased in marble, double sinks with granite countertop, and bathroom lounge area with daybed for reading or simply lounging. With most amenities as Infinity and Harmony, Mystique still exudes a unique opulence. The two ground floor grand villa suites come with their very own pool for added privacy. Additionally, there is an adjacent Junior Garden Suite, accessed by a separate entrance with kitchenette, which is perfectly suited for a guest’s personal staff or additional guests. With two unique “bridges” leading into the main floor living areas and expansive travertine pool decks, Mystique defines the art of luxury escapism by offering unparalleled privacy and seductive elegance.

VILLA GUESTS
All villa guests enjoy a full range of complimentary services including pre-arrival concierge service, welcome cocktail and amuse bouche, daily concierge privé, guest service assistants, daily housekeepers, laundress, evening security staff, one private golf cart for “beach-hopping”, complimentary chaise lounges and umbrellas on Maundays Bay beach, exclusive signing privileges at Cap Juluca’s signature restaurants, boutiques, tennis and watersports, use of Sheriva general facilities such as the gym and Games Lounge, WiFi, office niche with computer and printer, BBQ grill, expansive pool decks and sun terraces.
RATES:
Rates do not include 10% government tax, 10% service charge, $1 pp/pd tourism marketing levy, taxi transfers, private chef service, additional staff gratuity, daily resort fee, food and beverages with 15% service charge, or any extra incidentals such as spa treatments, boat charters, water sports, etc. All third-party services may be billed to your Sheriva folio at cost plus a 7% service charge.
SPECIAL EVENTS:
For weddings or group events over 20 persons, there is an additional event fee which includes: use of our new Events Pavilion, event diningware, mobile bar, event service staff, staging crew, personal assistant services and development-liaison services. The event fee starts at $3,000. Other related event costs will be billed to guests (i.e. equipment rentals such as tents, live entertainment, interior décor services, food and beverages, photography) unless part of a promotional package.
